Chill – To let go of all stress

There’s too much stress in our lives and part of transformation programme is to encourage you to release the daily accumulation of tension and learn to relax. Sometimes the day is just too busy, the pressure is constant and we become so completely engaged with our To Do list that we forget to take a moment to unlock our shoulders, breathe deeply and release the physical stress from our back and neck muscles.
So I want you to develop a fantastic habit for your well-being. At the top of every hour, remember to breathe deeply, relax your shoulders and give your body a moment or two to let go of the stress. It’s so simple but so important for your health and well-being and you’ll begin to notice the difference immediately. At the top of the hour – breathe and relax.

Peace and calm…..do you want more?

Calm helps us to focus on our tasks without the usual tensions or stress. Most of your stress is completely unnecessary and an obstacle to real progress. Stress is just a habit, a conditioned reflex that you learned in early childhood! A calm mind helps us to broaden our perspective, remain centred and promotes feelings of confidence and a sense of really being in tune with ourselves. The most effective way to bring calm into our lives is to breathe more deeply and more powerfully, slowing each breath until we begin to release our physical and emotional tension and let the calmness bring a deeper sense of peace to our thoughts and feelings. Let calmness become your normal state of being and tap into your deeper layers of creativity.

For those of us who drive, we’ll all be too aware of how stressful driving can be. But I’d like to suggest that we learn to take a more relaxed approach to this stressful activity and put our energy into being more aware of what’s happening around us. Are you stressed when you’re behind the wheel of a car? Have you noticed, for example, how hard you grip the steering wheel? Are you aware of the tension in your neck and shoulders? So let’s start by relaxing our grip on the wheel. Hold it more gently. Relax your shoulders and breathe more deeply. These simple techniques help you to feel calmer, more alert, more aware and less likely to feel stressed or angry when you’re driving. And that will make driving a more comfortable experience for you as well as making you a safer driver.

You will find the inner source of well-being and that is the most natural condition a human can experience. It begins in the moment when you finally let go of your fear.
