Your body is a truly remarkable place to live. It’s the only place we live in throughout our entire lives. So let’s make our bodies as comfortable, healthy and efficient as possible. We need to be mindful of what we eat, respecting our individual body types and choosing foods that support our health and well-being. We need to respect our bodies and give them every opportunity to function at peak efficiency. We need to keep our bodies hydrated and ensure we get plenty of rest.
