Water. Do you drink enough water every day? You probably know all the benefits of proper hydration but we sometimes forget the importance of water. It’s ironic because we’re surrounded by adverts for soft drinks wherever we go and it’s very tempting to open a can of something sweet when we’re thirsty but I’d like to remind you of the importance of pure, simple water.

 

Carbonated drinks, including fizzy water, might cause problems with calcium absorption and lead to long term weakening of our bone tissue. So let’s remember to drink plenty of water every day and that includes a glass before you go to sleep.
